National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) releases a statement reminding that the deadline for the filling of the notification expressing the intention of benefiting from the measure of restructuring the residual fiscal obligations is 30th of September 2020.
This facility applies to all taxpayers that have residual fiscal obligations as of 31st of July 2020 and want to restructure these fiscal obligations according to the provisions of Chapter I within the Government Ordinance no.6/2019 regarding the implementation of certain fiscal facilities, with subsequent amendments and supplements, being necessary, however, that they notify the adequate fiscal administration regarding this intention.
