ANOFM: The employers who received financial support for the acquisition of goods and services required for the performance of remote activities have the obligation to submit supporting documents in 30 days from the provision of the sum

The National Agency for Employment (ANOFM) announces that, according to The Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection no. 1376/2020, employers who benefited from the financial support granted for the acquisition of goods and services required for the remote performance of the employee’s activities have the obligation to submit, in 30 days from the provision of the sum set out in art. 6, para. 1 of the GEO no.132/2020, by uploading the following supporting documents scanned on the platform aici.gov.ro, at the regional national agencies for employment or, if applicable, the Bucharest agency for employment:

 a)      the invoices issued by the technological goods and services providers;

b)     the bills or the receipts or the statements of account that prove the payment of the invoices required at (a)

c)      the record files for the materials belonging to category of inventory objects transferred for use to the employees working remotely, prepared in accordance with the template set up in appendix no.3 of the Order of the Minister of Public Finance no. 2634/2015 regarding the financial-accounting documents, or/and, if applicable, the asset transfer forms of the fixed assets transferred to the employees, prepared in accordance with the template set up in appendix no. 3 of the Order of the Ministry of Public Finance no. 2634/2015, or/and, if applicable, the statement of the technological services that the employer provides for every employee working remotely.
