The Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection no. 1432/2020 has been published in the Official Gazette no. 873 from 24th of September 2020, regarding the amendment and supplementation of the Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection no. 741/2020 for the approval of the template for the documents set up in art. XII, para. 1 of GEO no.30/2020 for the amendment and supplementation of certain legal acts, as well as for the settlement of certain measures in the social protection area in the context of the epidemiological situation determined by the spread of SARS-CoV-2, with the amendments and supplements made by GEO no.32/2020 for the amendment and supplementation of certain legal acts, as well as for the settlement of certain measures in the social protection area in the context of the epidemiological situation determined by the spread of SARS-CoV-2 and for the settlement of additional social protection measures.
The legal act sets the regulations for the template for the applications, the declaration on oath and the list of people that will benefit from the indemnity payment set up at art. XII, para. 1 of GEO no.30/2020, with the amendments and supplements made by GEO no.32/2020, set up in appendix 1 and 2 which are part of this order.
