ACCA is organizing, in cooperation with Avocatnet.ro, on 28 and 29 March – from 12.00 and 16.30, respectively – two free online webinars of interest for CECCAR members, to discuss the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which will become effective starting from 25 May 2015.
The European legislation will require all companies processing personal data to comply with the new – much stricter – rules. The new regulations include: the right to erasure, the privacy by design concept, the right to data portability, the requirement to keep records of processing activities etc.
Alin Popescu, the founder of Avocatnet.ro, with an ample experience as a lawyer exclusively on matters related to the Internet, personal data and online business, will speak for one hour on the implications of GDPR.
The webinars are available free of charge, subject to the completion of the registration form for one of the two sessions (28 or 29 March).
