Documentation regarding the examination registration

a) The registration at the admission examination for the access at the expert accountant practice must be done through a standard application form, along with the following documents:

• medical certificate resulting that the solicitor is legally competent;
• curriculum vitae;
• certified copy of the diploma, certifying that the solicitor graduated from superior economic studies acknowledged by the Ministry of Education and Culture and Research;
• valid criminal record.

b) The registration at the admission examination for the access at the licensed accountant practice must be done through a standard application form, along with the following documents:

• medical certificate resulting that the solicitor is legally competent;
• curriculum vitae;
• certified copy of the diploma, certifying that the solicitor graduated from middle economic studies with high-school graduation diploma acknowledged by the Ministry of Education and Culture and Research;
• valid criminal record.

More precisely, the necessary documents are the following:

• registration request and CV according to the model (see Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 of the Regulation Regarding the Access at the Expert and Licensed Accountants Practice, approved through the Government ordinance no. 227/2008) that must be attached to the written request;
• medical certificate resulting that the solicitor is legally competent to practice the expert accountant/ licensed accountant profession (bearing the stamp of a neurologist/ psychiatry);
• certified photocopy of the diploma acknowledged by the Ministry of Education and Research;
• valid criminal record;
• 3 ID-type photos.

The documents must be filed in the above mentioned order, within a fastener folder and submitted with the CECCAR branch within your domicile area.
