Accountancy Europe has recently announced the release of the report The Shortage of Risk Capital for Europe’s High Growth Businesses prepared by the European Investment Fund (AFME) with the contribution of Accountancy Europe and other stakeholders involved in pre-initial public offering (IPO) finance (European Crowd funding Network, EuroNext, London Stock exchange Group, Nasdaq and others).
As noted in the Foreword to this paper “The report sets out to explain the state of the financing market for small and mid-size high-growth companies in the European Union and the challenges they face in accessing crucial early stage financing.”
