Report and Elections of the National Conference of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania

Bucharest – 14 March 2014

The report and elections of the National Conference of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania were held in Bucharest, on the 14th of March 2014, according to the regulations and the following agenda:

1. Report regarding the activity of the Superior Council and the Council of all CECCAR Branches for 2013.

2. Report on the financial activity results for the Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania as of the 31st of December 2013.

3. The Statutory Auditor’s Report regarding the financial activity of CECCAR for 2013.

4. The execution of the income and revenues budget and of the investments budget as of the 31st of December 2013.

5. CECCAR Action Plan for 2014.

6. CECCAR income and revenues budget and the investments budget for 2014.

7. Report on the disciplinary commissions’ activity near the Branches’ Councils and of the Superior Disciplinary Commission near the Superior Council of CECCAR, for 2013.

8. Report on the organisation and the progress of the Reporting General Assemblies, within all of CECCAR Branches, for 2014.

9. Lists of Expert Accountants nominated during the territorial General Assemblies for the title of “President of Honour”, “Expert Accountant of Honour” and “Licensed Accountant of Honour”.

10. Elections:

a) Elections for the Superior Council and term renewal for half of its members;

b) Election of the Superior Disciplinary Commission.

11. Debates and proposals regarding the documents on the agenda.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 Letter of the Ministry of Public Finance no.559.961 of 08.11.2013 concerning the acceptance of inactive members within the governing bodies of CECCAR.

All the related documents were approved, and the proposals under Article 12.1 of the Agenda were unanimously rejected.

The new Superior Council of CECCAR held its first meeting where the new Standing Bureau of the Council was elected, with a unanimous majority, having the following constituency:
