The Ministry of Public Finance (MFP), along with the Ministry of Labor and Social Justice (MMJS) and the Ministry of Health, initiated a draft joint order establishing the model, content, filing and management of the Tax return on the payment obligations for social contributions, income tax and the Nominal Records of Insured Individual – Form 112, following the legislative changes in the social insurance field, as well as those in tax legislation, MFP states in a press release.
