On 14-24 November 2016, the Ministry of Public Finance has posted on its online page dedicated to Decisional Transparency the draft Order issued by the Minister of Public Finance for the approval of IFRS-compliant Accounting Regulations which is the result of the review on the IFRS-compliant Accounting regulations approved by the Order issued by the Vice-Prime Minister no.1286/2012, with subsequent amendments and supplements.
This project was reviewed by the members of the CECCAR Working party for Fiscal and Accounting Legislation, who prepared a position statement comprising several supplementing proposals for this Order.
