The draft provides for amendments to several legal acts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u25ba Regarding Law No. 239\/2025, the amendment aims to strengthen fiscal discipline, namely by consolidating the mechanisms for ensuring the recovery of tax liabilities owed by taxpayers. Thus, the scope of the application of the provisions of Article V is extended by removing the reference to control.
