The Ministry of Finance (MF) proposes, through a Draft Law published in decisional transparency, the amendment and supplementation of Law No. 69/2010 on fiscal-budgetary responsibility. According to the Explanatory Memorandum accompanying the draft legal act, the document was promoted to implement the provisions of Article 2 para. (1) of Council Directive 2024/1265/EU of April 29th, 2024, amending Directive 2011/85/EU on requirements for the budgetary frameworks of the Member States.
